    Your blog is a life saver! We are here for one year, speak a little, but read almost nothing. I find cooking in my tiny kitchen without my familiar array of go-to ingredients a challenge. Whatever you can share about ingredients (pictures of packages, Japanese names etc) would be a lifeline. Thanks so much and I look forward to more great recipes!
