Thymely Rice Cooker Lentils

I’m loving rice cooker dishes at the moment.

In the rice cooker: tomato, brown lentils, kabu (turnip), chicken broth, thyme, garlic powder, onion, celery, spinach (added five minutes before finish), salt, a bay leaf and peppercorns.

Topped with: black olives and parmesan cheese.

I’ve also made an Indian version you can find here.
